A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

1. No one shall provide game products for use which have not been classified by the Game Rating Board, or display or keep the same for such purposes;

Nevertheless, from January 2014 to February 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed 15 game equipment for “sashion frequency” and 10 game equipment for unspecified customers, which are game products not classified, and (b) provided them for use by unspecified customers.

2. No one shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products by anyone who has exchanged game products.

Nevertheless, the defendant, at the date, time, and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, carried out a business exchanging game outcomes by deducting 10% of the points obtained when the same numbers or pictures are arranged in a certain direction from the above game products and exchanging them in cash.

1. The phrase “G” written indictment in D is a clerical error in D, and thus, the Defendant’s joint criminal conduct with E was corrected. From May 15, 2014 to June 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) in the game room without a trade name, F and 714, the game room employees of the said game room, d, E, and the game room employees of the said game room, 9 times for the Oraverd D, E, the game for which the game was not rated by the Game Management Committee; (b) had an unspecified number of customers who find the said place use the said game machine; and (c) had them exchange 5,500 won after deducting 10% per merchandise coupon 1,00, which is the result of the acquisition by the said customers through the game.

Accordingly, the defendant was not rated by the Game Management Committee in collusion with D and E.
