Of the facts charged in the instant case.

Criminal facts

1. On March 11, 2019, the Defendant driving a e-vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 18:00 to around 19:00 of the same day without obtaining a driver’s license from around 40km section from around 3:0 to around 40km, Gohap-gun.

2. On March 11, 2019, around 19:00, the Defendant entered a house with a victim F residing in Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun: (a) the Defendant: (b) had talked from the victim that “I am at home” was “I am at home; (c) on the contrary, the Defendant opened a door by dividing the entrance and exit number of the entrance and exit, which was already known, and infringed upon the victim’s residence.

3. 특수공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 3. 12. 00:20경 위 전원주택에서, ‘전원주택에 누가 불을 지른다고 전화가 왔다. 무단 침임했다.’는 취지의 112신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 합천경찰서 소속 경위 G, 같은 경찰서 H지구대 소속 경위 I, J으로부터 ‘출입문을 열고 대화를 하자’는 말을 듣게 되자, 미리 준비한 위험한 물건인 휘발유 1.8L를 거실바닥에 뿌리고, 위험한 물건인 가스버너를 탁자 위에 올려놓고 불을 켠 상태로 손에 신문지를 쥐고 “동거녀(위 F)가 1분 내로 전화오지 않으면 신문지에 불을 붙여 집을 다 태워버리겠다.”, “경찰관들이 들어오기만 하면 바로 불을 질러 버리겠다.”, “경찰관들이 들어오면 내가 죽어버리겠다.”고 말하면서 위 경찰관들이 전원주택 안으로 들어오면 불을 놓아 위해를 가할 것처럼 경찰관들을 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the above police officers' legitimate 112 reporting processing and prevention of danger.

4. At around 00:50 on March 12, 2019, the Defendant was serving in advance a defect in the conversation from the police officers, such as the statement in paragraph 3, in the foregoing electric source house.
