A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2014, at around 02:40, the Defendant was under investigation from the charge of the Ulsan Heavy Police Station on the same day on the grounds that the Defendant, at around 02:40 on August 6, 2014, returned home and her wife C (the age of 51) was frighting to drinking, and assaulted by her wife C (the age of 51) by drinking, and family members were staying in the house and temporary accommodation in preparation for domestic violence of the Defendant.

On the same day, the Defendant returned home after the investigation of the above domestic violence case, and confirmed the fact that his family does not have a house, sent text messages to the victim that “I will enter the house,” and reported it to the police again, and the circumstances leading to the Busan Central Police Station D Zone E, which belongs to the Ulsan Central Police Station, was dispatched to the scene.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted or threatened, thereby hindering police officers E from performing their legitimate duties on the maintenance of order.
