A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2019. 9. 25. 10:00경 포천시 B에 있는 피고인 운영의 유기견 보호시설인 ‘C’ 내 마당에서, 위 시설에 임장하여 의정부지방법원의 C 시설 철거 및 인도명령에 따라 위 시설에 대한 강제집행을 실시하려고 피고인에게 절차를 설명하던 의정부지방법원 소속 집행관 D, 집행관 사무원 E 및 ‘시설물 철거를 하는데 할머니가 불을 지른다고 신나를 사 놨다’는 112 신고전화를 받고 현장에 출동한 포천경찰서 F파출소 소속 순경 G 등을 향하여 C 출입문을 쇠사슬로 걸어 잠근 채 한 손에는 라이터를, 다른 한 손에는 종이 사료포대를 들고 “C 안으로 들어오면 불을 붙여 죽어버리겠다”라고 말하고, 위 사료포대에 라이터로 불을 붙이는 등 약 30분간 위 D, E, G 등을 협박하였다.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of enforcement officers' compulsory execution, and at the same time interfered with the police officers' legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention.
