1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months and by a fine of three thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, while operating "Del" on May 2016, 2016 at the Seocho-gu, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, c8, he had the mind to arrange commercial sex acts in the Moel, and then, to Defendant B, who was aware of it, "I see it as an employee".

Since then, Defendant A: (a) registered a commercial sex acts business establishment under the name of “F” in the Internet amusement site “E”; (b) recruited female employees I and J to engage in commercial sex acts at the business establishment using mobile-type cryp such as G and H; and (c) hired Defendant A and J only after having interviewed Defendant A and J, and began to conduct business from June 9, 2016.

On July 28, 2016, at around 19:30, the Defendants received 130,000 won from the customers who reported and contacted commercial sex acts registered with the Internet amusement site “E” as the price for commercial sex acts, following the Defendants’ receipt of 130,00 won as the price for commercial sex acts from around 19:30 on July 28, 2016, and sent female employees I as 116.

In addition, sexual traffic has been arranged so that customers can have sexual intercourse with their women once.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
