Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, “F” of the 2015 Highest 790 (Defendant A, B) is a person who operated “F” on the 2nd floor of the YY-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Busan Special Metropolitan City, and Defendant B is a person of Defendant A.

1. Defendant A, at around 21:00 on January 7, 2015, employed female employees, such as G, etc., and had them find out their places, Defendant A, after receiving 35,000 won for the 15th to 35,00 won for the 20th to 45,000 won for sexual traffic from a male guest who was off his/her son or her son, and had him/her find out the sexual organ of a male guest, had him/her find the similarity by using his/her her son or her son with his/her son’

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant B, while being aware of the fact that sexual traffic takes place at the same time, at the same place as in paragraph (1), received a reservation telephone, and aided and abetted the act of arranging sexual traffic, such as arranging sexual traffic, by providing guidance to the above customers in return for payment of sexual traffic from male customers who found the place.

“F” is a person who operates the “F” on the second floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.
