Defendant
A is a person who operates a business establishment of similarity with ‘D', and the defendant B is a female employee who performs an act of similarity with customers at the above business establishment.
1. On February 2013, Defendant A took over a place used as a tugboating sexual traffic business establishment. Defendant A conspiredd to recruit female employees of sexual traffic through Internet advertising and induce customers to operate a similar business establishment.
On February 15, 2013, the Defendant leased approximately 30 square meters of a space with six rooms on the third floor of Songpa-gu Seoul building, Songpa-gu, Seoul. On February 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) operated a commercial sex business establishment from the end of the end of February 2013 to July 29, 2013, “D”; (b) continuously sought employees engaged in commercial sex acts, such as F, G, and H, through adjacent introduction or Internet advertisement; (c) had them find out their places together with male customers and make them find a similar act in a way that enables them to look into the physical part of male customers’ sexual organ, and (d) received 350,000 won or 200,000 won from customers to make a distribution of KRW 250,000 to 250,000 won per capita.
2. At around 19:00 on July 29, 2013, Defendant B: (a) had a male customer’s sexual flag, which was part of his body, in which it is difficult to find out about 15 minutes of the name, at the 4th room of the said “D” business; (b) had the customer take 35,000 won as a consideration thereof; and (c) had the customer take 35,000 won from Apr. 29, 2013 to Jul. 29, 2013; and (d) had a sexual traffic with the same method of receiving 35,000 won or 40,000 won for the 15 minutes service from the male customer.
