A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even though the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant reported the Internet advertisement of a person under whose name the psychotropic drugs sold the psychotropic drugs (i.e., one gramphone; hereinafter referred to as “philphone”) on the Internet, and sentenced him/her to the purchase of a philphone and administered it.

1. Attempted sale of phiphones;

A. On March 9, 2018, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won-free passbook to “G” under the name of the depositor in the name of E bank account (F) notified by the seller of his/her name-based penphone at Cbank D branch in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si. At around that time, the Defendant attempted to find approximately 0.5g of a philophone, which was attached to the labbb in the name of the seller in the name of Gangnam-gu, Seoul. However, the Defendant failed to discover the laphone on the wind that was attached to the lab in the name of the seller in the name of Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

B. On March 20, 2018, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won-free passbook to H’s name from the account deposited in the above Cbank D branch on March 20, 2018. Around that time, the Defendant sought approximately 0.5 g of the rophone-phone that is attached to the convenience store at the convenience store in Gangnam-gu Seoul (Seoul), which was directed by the said seller at a convenience store. However, the Defendant failed to discover the rophone and attempted to do so.

C. On March 24, 2018, around 10:35, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won to “I” the name of depositer in the account as referred to in the foregoing paragraph 1(a) at the D branch of the above Cbank, and around that time, in contact with the said seller and search for phiphonephones, the Defendant did not commit an attempted attempt even if the contact with the said seller was interrupted.

around 13:29 March 26, 2018, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won of the passbook to the account deposited in the above Cbank D branch, and borrowed 400,000 won of the passbook from the account deposited in the account as set forth in the above 1-A, and around that time, the Defendant borrowed the passbook from the bank located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Standdong (hereinafter referred to as the “J”).
