A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

『2019고단862』 피고인은 2019. 3. 9. 20:30경 충북 진천군 B에 있는 피해자 C(42세) 운영의 ‘D’ 음식점에서 그 곳에 있던 피해자 E(38세)에게 “니가 새로운 실장이냐 ”라는 말을 하며 시비를 걸고 이를 본 피해자 C로부터 가게 밖으로 나갈 것을 요구받자 피해자 C에게 “가만히 있어, 죽여버린다.”라고 말하며 그 곳에 있던 짬뽕 그릇을 피해자 C의 얼굴 부위에 대고 수 회 밀고, “가게를 불을 질러 버리겠다.”라고 말하며 그 곳에 있던 위험한 물건인 소주병을 집어 들고 피해자 C를 때릴 듯이 위협하면서 손으로 피해자 C의 멱살을 잡아 피해자 C에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 얼굴의 표재성 손상 등의 상해를 가하고, 위 음식점 밖으로 나가 위험한 물건인 소주병을 휘두르며 피해자 E을 때릴 듯이 위협하고 손으로 피해자 E의 멱살을 잡아 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 목의 표재성 손상 등의 상해를 가하였다.
