Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Co., Ltd. is the contractor of the “F Temporary Construction” ordered by alldo-gun (hereinafter “F Temporary Construction”). G Co., Ltd. is the subcontractor, Defendant B is the safety manager at the construction site of this case, and Defendant B was the safety manager at the construction site of this case. Defendant B was the head of the construction team at the construction site of this case, but Defendant B was the head of the construction team at the construction site of this case on the day of this case, but Defendant B was the safety manager at the construction site of this case.

A as a safety manager of the G Co., Ltd., was in charge of the work instruction and safety and health of its employees at the construction site above the Ha of the southdo.
