1. The plaintiff's primary claim against the defendants and the defendant's conjunctive claim against the Republic of Korea are dismissed.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of transfer of ownership was completed on July 2, 1961 under the name of the defendant Republic of Korea on September 11, 1948. On July 22, 1961, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on September 22, 1968 with respect to 270/675 of the land before the division of this case was completed under the name of F on September 3, 1958. On August 3, 1961, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on September 30, 1968 under the name of G on September 30, 1968 with respect to the remaining shares of 193/672 of the Republic of Korea on September 30, 196, and on June 7, 1963, the registration of transfer was completed on September 30, 1963 under the name of the plaintiff on June 4, 196.
B. The registration of transfer of ownership was completed on November 5, 1971 under the name of H on November 10, 1971 with respect to G’s above shares (672/193), and the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on November 10, 1995 under the name of National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives on February 14, 1996, and the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on February 29, 200 under the name of I on March 7, 200, under the name of Defendant B on September 20, 201.
C. D completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 30, 201 with respect to his/her share (270/675) under the name of the Plaintiff on August 29, 2011.
On the other hand, the land before the division of this case was converted into the Dae-dong, Daejeon C, Daejeon, 49.3 square meters due to the change of administrative jurisdiction, etc., and thereafter divided into the J-78 square meters on February 10, 1993.
E. After the division, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on November 10, 1995 under the name of K on December 22, 1995 with respect to H’s share (193/675/675) among the 78m2 in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu J. After the said division, D’s share (270/675) was made on August 30, 201 under the Plaintiff’s name as to its share (270/675).
