A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2018 Highest 1090,” knowing that the victim B (the age of 18) was active as the withdrawal of the criminal organization of the “scaming”, and falsely misrepresented C to report to the police to the victim, thereby attempting to bring money from the victim of the military service.

At around 00:49 on March 23, 2018, the Defendant misrepresented C, and promised C through D to commit the singishing fraud. On the same day, at around 03:44, the Defendant got 03:5 million won, out of the amount of money withdrawn from the victim, the victim's friendship G, H, and I from the mutual unclaimed river parking lot located in the window relay of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant got 7.5 million won from the victim to the victim, and got 7.5 million won from the amount of money withdrawn from the victim's fraud.

Around 20:00 on June 16, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “Around June 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen Handphones from a mobile phone store in which he worked; (b) stolen Handphones from another store; (c) changed the cell phone to B; and (d) the cell phone goes beyond a foreign country and is terminated within a 14-day period; and (d) the cell phone is terminated.”

However, even if the defendant opens a mobile phone in the name of the victim, he only thought that he would have sold the above mobile phone to the above mobile phone operator and have no intention or ability to cause the victim to not pay the mobile phone price by cancelling the name of the victim.

The defendant deceivings the victim to do so.
