Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Mediation of stolen goods by Defendant D;
A. On May 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from K to dispose of a mobile phone acquired from the J instead of a mobile phone; (b) knew of the fact that the mobile phone was lost, the Defendant sent the two cell phone to K by door, and received the payment to the account, and arranged the transfer of the stolen mobile phone by paying it to J.
B. On August 2012, at the “I” mobile phone store located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. H, the Defendant received a request from K to dispose of two cell phoness obtained from J instead of the two cell phoness. On August 27, 2012, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the cell phone was lost, sent the two cell phones to K by door-to-door delivery, and deposited the price into the account, and arranged the transfer of the cell phone, which is a stolen object, by paying it to J.
C. On September 6, 2012, the Defendant received a request for disposal request instead of a mobile phone acquired from L at the “I” mobile phone store located in Ulsan-gu H, Ulsan-gu, and even after being aware of the fact that the mobile phone was lost, he sent the two cell phone to K by door-to-door and received the payment from the account, and arranged the transfer of the stolen mobile phone by paying it to L.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged six mobile phone transfers, which are stolen goods, over three times in total.
