Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with D, prepared an office in F Building G in the south-gu, Gwangju, and displayed the racing in real time, which is proceeding on the Internet, in fact, on the street, Saturdays, and Sundays, intended to purchase a private horse ticket and offer the ID and password of the manager of the Internet private horse-based website ( “H” and “I”), so that the betting can be carried out by purchasing a private horse on the Internet, and to recruit members after receiving the ID and password from a person who is not his/her name. The Defendant provided an account necessary for the recruitment of members and betting, and the Defendant is responsible for the role of transferring the charge and dividend.

Accordingly, Defendant and D received 1,078,41,00 won in total from many members recruited from around June 26, 2015 to July 31, 2016 in the above office with the Jbank account (K) account in the name of Defendant and operated a private horse site in the manner of transferring the amount of cyber money equivalent to the amount of money deposited to each member by cash from the members of the J Bank account in the name of Defendant, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 2015.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with D, has caused them to engage in a conduct similar to the riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by marina society, thereby paying property or financial benefits to the enemy.
