A and B Imprisonment for 8 months and fines for 10,00,000 won, Defendant C’s imprisonment for 10 months and fines for 20,000,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is not a community of the joint criminal administration of Defendant A and Defendant B shall not engage in any conduct similar to the riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by a marina society, in which goods or property benefits are paid to the enemy;

Nevertheless, the Defendants obtained IDs and passwords to connect F, which is the Internet website, from their names, to each manager of the F, and recruited members to charge cyber money to the Korean bank account (H) in the name of G in addition to 10% of the amount transferred from their members, and had them operate the private horse site in such a way as to enable them to carry out betting at the above site.

Accordingly, from September 12, 2014 to October 26, 2014, the Defendants: (a) visited the said site using a computer in his own country; and (b) allowed the connected members to use cyber money in real-time for the racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association; and (c) paid the same amount as the corresponding dividends to the members of the Korean Racing Association; and (d) operated a private horse site equivalent to KRW 242,607,50,000 in total amount of the betting amount as stated in the attached list of crimes (1) in a manner that the Defendants occupy the betting amount of the members of the Korean Racing Association.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit an act similar to the horse riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by the marina society, thereby paying property to the enemy.

2. No person, other than Defendant C, shall engage in any conduct similar to the riding voting, in connection with racing conducted by a marina society, to provide property or financial benefits to persons who win for the racing;
