Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate livestock product sales business shall be equipped with facilities and report to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the branch office of the Special Self-Governing Province.

Nevertheless, from January 6, 2009 to January 6, 2017, the Defendant sold food eggs to many unspecified persons without reporting the business to the Sungnam-gu Mayor, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, and selling food eggs to the general public.
