A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2009, the Defendant registered a livestock breeding business (livestock breeding business) with a competent authority on December 30, 2009, and runs a mountain mountain mountain breeding business with the trade name of “C” in etern B.g.

3. The Defendant did not report the business of collecting and selling edible eggs to the competent authorities, and sold the eggs produced on the said farm from May 2012 to September 10, 2015 to the persons who found the eggs produced on the said farm.
