A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who actually operates “C” as a Dok and retail chain in Haan-gun, Haan-gun, G, and sells Hens' eggs.

1. A person who intends to engage in a business specialized in collecting, processing, or purchasing eggs for unreported business, and professionally selling eggs, shall install facilities meeting the standards, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister, and report on the business of collecting and selling edible eggs to the competent authority;

Nevertheless, around May 2012, the Defendant sold eggs totaling KRW 57,001, totaling KRW 243,722,900 to consumers in the wholesale business place without reporting the business of collecting and selling edible eggs, as shown in attached Table I, from around June 2016, the Defendant sold eggs totaling KRW 57,001, totaling KRW 243,72,90 to consumers in the wholesale business place without reporting the business of collecting and selling edible eggs, which was packaged by the Defendant in ten or 15 units.

2. Hens' eggs of livestock products that are subject to labeling shall not be sold, nor processed, packaged, stored, transported or displayed for sale, unless they are indicated in accordance with the standards for labeling.

On May 1, 2012, the Defendant kept Hens' eggs for the purpose of selling them with no indication indicated in C, and sold from that time to June 1, 2016 the total amount of KRW 56,981, total sum of KRW 243,602,90,90 for the month of which indication is not indicated as shown in Appendix II, as shown in Appendix II.
