F shall be punished by imprisonment of one year, by imprisonment of six months, by Defendant A, C, and B, by fine of 3,00,000 won for each of the defendants D and E.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant F, A, B, E, and Defendant F, from around December 2, 2012, shall exercise overall control over the operation of the said entertainment tavern in place of O and P, the president of the said entertainment tavern in the name of “L” on the first floor of the building underground of the Gu NE during Ansan-si from around December 2, 201. Defendant A, from the early police officer of December 2, 201 to the said entertainment tavern, shall calculate the drinking value and the price for commercial sex acts in the said entertainment tavern, and manage a water, and Defendant B, from around September 201 to attract female entertainment workers and customers. Defendant E, from around September 2009, had introduced female entertainment workers engaged in commercial sex acts after managing female entertainment workers in the said entertainment tavern and negotiating consideration for commercial sex acts with customers wishing to engage in commercial sex acts, and Defendant D has continuously engaged in commercial sex acts by sharing his/her business registration in his/her name and arranging commercial sex acts.

At around 22:48 on April 3, 2013, Defendant E, according to the aforementioned division of roles, had Qu and R provide entertainment services, which are entertainment workers employed by the above entertainment bars for entertainment and commercial sex acts, such as entertainment workers, by becoming customers, S and T partners, or singing together, and accepted the request for commercial sex acts by the above S and T around 00:30 on April 4, 2013, on condition that they receive KRW 2.50,000,000, respectively, and changed Q and R to “M” on the 5th floor of the above N and T, while Q had them provide similar sexual intercourse against T, respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant C is a person who operates a mutual telecom with “M” on the 5th floor of the Gu Ngu in Ansan-si.

The Defendant entered into a contract by which a female entertainment workers and male descendants of the said entertainment drinking house provide a guest room with the entertainment drinking house with the entertainment drinking house and a guest room with 30,000 won per guest room.
