Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who leased to D the “C Deputy Director” in the Gu, U.S. City B.

No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products.

Nevertheless, on December 29, 2016, the Defendant installed a water tank with approximately KRW 5,000 L in front of the above Sejong Deputy Chief, attached a facility that can load liquid in the water tank with the above 5,000 L capacity, and attempted to manufacture fake petroleum products by inserting the above 2,00 L, purchased from the G that drives a mobile oil vehicle at the F station located in Gumi-si, Gumi-si, Si around December 29, 2017.

1. On December 29, 2017, around December 29, 2017, the Defendant manufactured fake petroleum products by inserting the transit 400 L, purchased from G on the same day, into a water tank with the above 5,000 L capacity, and mixing it with oil in the water tank.

2. On January 6, 2018, around January 6, 2018, the Defendant manufactured fake petroleum products by inserting 400 L, purchased from G on the same day, into a water tank with the above 5,000 L capacity, and mixing it with oil and light oil in the above water tank.

3. On February 5, 2018, around February 5, 2018, the Defendant manufactured fake petroleum products by inserting 257L, purchased from G on the same day, into a water tank with the above 5,000 L capacity, and mixing it with oil and light oil in the above water tank.

4. On April 2, 2018, around April 2, 2018, the Defendant manufactured fake petroleum products by inserting 333L, purchased from G on the same day, into a water tank with the above 5,000 L capacity, and mixing it with oil and light oil in the above water tank.

Accordingly, the Defendant’s fake petroleum products are mixed with 1,057L from December 29, 2017 to April 2, 2018, by mixing it with 2,333L.
