Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who intends to manufacture fake petroleum products shall do so;

Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on December 11, 2018, the Defendant purchased a total of 42 liters via the e station (21 liter) operated by E station located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and then, at around 11:00 on the same day, purchased a total of 42 liters via the e station (21 liter) and applied for delivery of 1,000 liters to B, and then, at around 14:15 on the same day, he/she manufactured fake products of 542 liter in total by means of mixing 500 liters in the above Gpoter tank owned by B with the 42 liter-gun.

2. No person who is a defendant shall manufacture fake petroleum products;

Nevertheless, at around 16:45 on December 11, 2018, the Defendant purchased 25 tons of oil and light oil in order to use it as fuel for dump truck owned by the Defendant, and loaded 2,000 liters and light oil and light oil in G Poter B’s water tank owned by the Defendant, and transported the oil and light oil to I’s workplace operated by the Defendant in Ulsan-gun, U.S. at around 17:05 on the same day, at around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant loaded two water tanks of 1,00 liters and 40 liters of water tanks of 2,00 liters and 40 liters of water tanks in the cargo space of the G Poter’s off at the same place of work and connected each water tank to remodel them into 2,00 liters and 400 liters of light oil and 400 liters of light oil tanks.

3. Defendant B

A. The Defendant, who violated the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act and the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act, owns two dump trucks in the above case, which is the owner of the home-based tank, and purchases large amount of oil when C knows that there is no heating facility using large amount of oil.
