A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for larceny at the Busan District Court and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on October 26, 2017.

4. On January 10, 2018, around 16:05, the Defendant observed that the victim H puts the key of the clothes No. 28 in the front of the shower box in front of the shower box, within the remaining 6th floor of the above D Sari or the sixth floor.

The defendant has stolen the key of the clothes 28 and opened the clothes 28 and the cash owned by the victim, which was contained in the inner wall of the defendant, using the crepit in which the victim was boomed while taking care of the victim.
