Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated a BB BG car at around 07:40 on March 24, 2016; (b) changed the way from the three-lane to the first one-lane, Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu New Distribution; and (c) changed the way from the 11-lane to the Hannam Intersection, the Defendant tried to move the two-lane in the same direction to the victim C ( South, the age 41) who driven the two-lane in the same direction, and changed the two-lane from the two-lane to the one-lane in the vehicle for the Defendant’s operation; and (d) tried to move the two-lane to the victim’s life or body by moving the two-lane from the three-lane to the one-lane speed to the one-lane road in the direction of the victim; and (b) tried to move the two-lane to the victim’s body and move the two-lane to the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.
