A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 공갈 피고인은 2014. 7. 28. 17:47경 광주 서구 C에 있는 D편의점에서 그곳 종업원인 피해자 E(여, 18세)에게 담배(‘토니노 람보르기니 크리스피’) 1갑을 달라고 주문한 후 피해자가 담배 값을 먼저 계산해 달라고 요청하며 담배를 건네주지 않자 피해자에게 “너는 태도 불량이야. 너 나한테 찍혔어. 씹할 년아, 빨리 줘! 너 콱 빨리 안내놔!"라고 말하며 마치 피해자를 때릴 듯이 위협하였다.

2. Interference with business;

A. 다. 피고인은 2014. 7. 28. 17:00경 위 H 건물 1층 고객센터에서 아무런 이유 없이 안네데스크 담당 직원인 피해자 I에게 “얼굴도 병신같이 생긴 것이 뭘 쳐다보냐”라고 욕설을 하고, 계속해서 2층 난간에서 피해자를 향해 “보험사 직원들은 낮에는 보험 팔고 저녁에는 몸 팔러 간다”고 소리치고 그곳에 있는 고객들을 향해 욕설을 하는 등 약 30분 동안 소란을 피워 위력으로 피해자의 고객안내 업무를 방해하였다. 라....
