A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed the crime of December 9, 2016, from around 11:30 to around 11:50 on December 9, 2016 to around 11:50 on the second floor of the building B in Jeonju City, the Defendant: (a) took several strings of the books of the victim D, who is an employee of the said securities company, without any reason; (b) took care of the victim E from the victim E, and (c) took a heavy sound to the said E, “brupted, governance,” and (d) took approximately 10 victims, who moved to the address of the reported defect in 112 and moved to the address, and (e) took the 10 customers, “Chewing typtyp, hump, hump, hump, and hump, and humbling with the counseling counter and the guest room.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim D, E, and F’s securities company business by force.

2. The Defendant who committed the crime on March 7, 2017: at the place specified in paragraph 1 from March 12:10 to December 15 of the same day from March 7, 2017; and at the place specified in paragraph 1 from March 7, 2017 to the victim G and the victim H, who is an employee of the said securities company, “A special balance,”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim G, H, F, and E’s securities company business by force.
