1. Defendant B is punished by a fine of KRW 700,00, KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, and KRW 500,00, and KRW 300.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are those who attend the F church, and the victims G, victims H, victims I, and victimsJ are those who oppose to the passage of the F church by victims G, children H, victims I, and victimsJ.

1. On August 7, 2016, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) committed an intrusion upon the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s 11th floor entrance entrance door prior to the victim’s house, with the knowledge that G and H knew that they would not have their her her son K to a F church, and had their her son K at the victim’s house, so that G and H would know that they would not have any her her son to a F church. Accordingly, the Defendants jointly deal with the victims.
