Defendant
A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D are members and agents of the G Housing Redevelopment Development Project Association in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and the third floor, and the victim J is the president of the said Union.
On June 26, 2015, around 18:00, the 28th board of representatives was held at the above partnership office.
1. On June 26, 2015, at around 17:22, the Defendants jointly instigated Nonparty 1, who are opposing the redevelopment and improvement project of G housing from the second floor of the office building of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing Redevelopment and Development Project Association, and the representatives who want to attend the meeting held at the third floor association office of the above building, are unable to pass. Defendant A and Defendant B instigated Nonparty 1, who are sitting in the stairs, to explain the illegality of the 28th board of representatives, to the other members of the public sector, including the improvement project of G housing and the improvement project of the 28th board of representatives. Defendant D and Defendant C were sitting in the second floor of the 2nd board of representatives, thereby interfering with the affairs of the redevelopment and improvement project association’s resolution and the redevelopment and improvement project’s resolution by force.
2. On the ground that the Defendants jointly and severally told the victim J, the board of representatives was absent from the second floor stairs at around 21:10, the same place as the above paragraph 1 above and paragraph 1 above, and 21:20 on the same day, and the Defendant D told the victim J, who was going to go to the said office and get off the second floor stairs, but without explanation, she was able to get out the stairs without explanation.
