1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

However, the above punishment for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

The Defendants prepared a written estimate as if they exchanged any part that was not actually exchanged for the purpose of increasing sales volume of H, etc., or conspired to make a written estimate as if they exchanged any low-price part, and then make a false claim for insurance proceeds therefrom.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B

A. In the case of self-insurance, the Defendants conspired to exempt the insurer from the cost of repair exceeding the amount actually accepted by the insurer with respect to their self-paid expenses, which are 20% of the repair cost incurred to the customer in the case of self-insurance.
