Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to seven months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court on December 20, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 28, 2012, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Daegu Detention Center on January 10, 2013.

2.
