Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2008, the Defendant has been sentenced to a fine of 2,00,000 won, and a fine of 2,00,000 won, and a fine of 8 months has been sentenced to a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon Flag method on July 24, 2008.

On March 4, 2016, the Defendant driven approximately KRW 7 km from the insular land in Suwon-si on March 4, 2016 to the roads in front of the Suwon-si Power Line located in the Suwon-si Power Line, and driven B Poter vehicle in the state of alcohol 0.093% in blood alcohol content.
