Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person driving a B car.

On September 8, 2014, while the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.124% during blood transfusion around 00:55, while driving on a two-lane road at the same end of Suwon-si in Suwon-si, Suwon Military Manpower Administration, along the two-lanes from the direction of the flow distance, the steel pole, such as the painting-distance traffic signal, installed on the right side of the Defendant’s running direction, was received as the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Defendant 1 caused injury to the victim C (50 taxes, inn, inn) who was accompanied by the Defendant’s assistant seat due to the foregoing occupational negligence, such as a fluor in the right-hand part of the music, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment.

2. On July 21, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Suwon Friwon on July 21, 2006, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the same court on June 5, 2009.

On September 8, 2014, the Defendant driven a B car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.124%, from around 00:55, on the front side of the Suwon-si Franchisium, the Defendant driven a B car under the influence of alcohol content of around 0.124%, at the front of the Suwon-si Empial Empial Empial, by the end of 88 square meters in Suwon-si to the front of the Suwon-si Empial Sea.
