Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on the 21st of the same month, and the said judgment became final and conclusive.

1. On November 2016, the Defendant purchased the hemp seed to KRW 40,00,00,000, which contains half of the plastic bag from his/her name in order to smoke in the middle of the middle incompact in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.

2. At around 21:00 on December 16, 2016, the Defendant, at the residence of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, set off the hemp seed from the hemp plant in a ropolym, set up a pipe pattern with a ropolym, set up the hemp plant seed coats on the pipe, and inhales it with D.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded the hemp seed for the purpose of smoking, and smoked its seed coats.
