Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants C and Defendant A are de facto marital relations with each other, and Defendants C and Defendant B are self-help agents.

The Defendants conspired to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic while operating the "Embage area" on the Do and the 6th floor in Goyang-gu, Mangsan-si, and the defendant C and the defendant B served as a role of guiding customers by viewing the carbr, and the defendant A served as a business operator, a lease contract, a management account for commercial sex acts, and a management of the facilities of the above business.

On August 28, 2019, the Defendants received KRW 110,00 from a police officer who pretended to be a customer, and directed the said police officer on his/her inside room, and let F, a woman of sexual traffic with the nationality of Thailand, engage in sexual intercourse with the above police officer to arrange sexual intercourse with the above police officer, as well as arranging sexual intercourse. From June 1, 2019 to November 26, 2019, the Defendants received KRW 110,00 from an unspecified number of customers who visit the above business establishment from around June 1, 2019 to around November 26, 2019, and had them sexual intercourse with the above customers in the inside room, thereby engaging in the business of arranging sexual intercourse.

2. The defendant A shall not employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in the Republic of Korea;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from August 27, 2019 to August 28, 2019, employed the F of Thailand’s nationality, which did not have the status of sojourn eligible for visa exemption (B1) as visa exemption (B1), as a female sexual traffic.
