Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2013, at around 20:18, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol, she was fluencing that he was “her imprisoned,” and (b) was able to ask the police officer whether he/she is a police officer E in the police box affiliated with the 112 patrol unit, who entered the 112 patrol unit; and (c) he/she was able to ask the police officer for his/her legitimate performance of duties by assaulting him/her, such as “this rings, four brus,” and “hing off the brubbbbbed part of E with the upper left shouldered floor of her hand, with a single smuggling, and one time at the left bron.
