A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2016, around 10:53, the Defendant: (a) driven the D Kawn vehicle in front of the “C Hospital” located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and carried out a green light in violation of traffic signals; (b) Police Officer F and Assistant G, who is the police patrol officer belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station Epicing Police Station, patrol the vehicle, and controlled traffic, sent the Defendant’s witness to the above traffic signal violation and immediately stop the Defendant on the patrol lane.
