A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 말레이시아 국적으로, 2018. 5. 중순 경 말레이시아 쿠알 라 룸 프 이하 불상지에서 ‘ 위 챗’ 메신저를 통하여 알게 된 성명 불상자{ 일명 ‘C’ }로부터 ‘ 위조된 신용카드로 한국에서 고가의 정 관장 홍삼 등을 구매하여 자신에게 전달해 주면 그 대가로 말레이시아에 돌아가서 대금의 약 8% 상 당의 수당을 계좌로 송금해 주겠다.
