Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.
On May 24, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on May 24, 2011, and proceeded at approximately 116 km in Si/Gun, facing the front side of the acceptance intersection 21-2 located in the area where the road in front of the two-lane of the acceptance intersection 21-2 in the area where the road in front of the front YY-gun is known.
