A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 12:00 on July 31, 2013, the Defendant illegally used air defense (E) attached the signboard of the D (2.82 tons) fishery permission to conduct fishing by using C (4 tons) at a floodgate located in the inland waters of the Donyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, for the purpose of operating fishing by using C (4 tons).

In this respect, the defendant used the sign board of air write for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. At around 15:00 on August 1, 2013, the Defendant operated C (4 tons) with a fishing vessel sign (E) attached D (2.82 tons) as set forth in paragraph (1), starting a floodgate at the inner sea of the YY-gun, YY-gun, and moving the c to the sea-line of the reduction ferries located in the ethical ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the sign of the fishing vessel, which is an air strawing that was illegally used.
