1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 212,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 21, 201 to the date of full payment.

1. On June 20, 201, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 212,00,000 to Defendant B with interest and overdue interest rate of KRW 30%, respectively, and due date of payment on December 20, 2011. Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligation of Defendant B. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the principal and interest on the loan and the agreed interest thereon to the Plaintiff.
