1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 30,000,000 won and 5% per annum from February 9, 2017 to December 5, 2017.
Reasons
1. On February 8, 2017, the Plaintiff indicated the claim to Defendant B lent KRW 30 million to Defendant B as KRW 3 million on March 31, 2017 and interest KRW 3 million on January 1, 2017, and Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed Defendant B’s above loan obligation to the Plaintiff. As requested by the Plaintiff, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the amount claimed to the Plaintiff.
