1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and the interest thereon from April 21, 2012 to the date of full payment.

1. Grounds for claim;

A. On July 27, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 200,000,000 to Defendant B as of December 30, 2011. Defendant C guaranteed the Plaintiff’s joint and several guarantee for the above loan obligation.

B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the aforementioned loans KRW 200,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 21, 2012 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
