A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a synthetic rubber manufacturer with the trade name “B” from February 2010.
1. 공문서위조 피고인은 2010. 6.경 두산디에스티(주)가 방위사업청에 납품하는 K21장갑차, 청상어 발사대의 제작에 필요한 부품인 고무로 된 먼지 차단막, 시일, 어뎁터 조립체의 생산 및 납품을 발주받은 (주)원진엠앤티로부터 위 먼지 차단막, 시일, 어뎁터 조립체의 부품인 캐스킷의 샘플 제작을 의뢰받으면서 위 부품의 소재에 대한 특수 시험 항목이 포함된 시험분석성적서 제출 요청을 받게 되자, 과거 C에서 근무하면서 알게 된 D을 통해 해당 부품의 시험분석성적서를 위조하기로 마음먹었다.
