1. For the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed D:
A. Defendant A shall display the same drawings on the first floor of the building indicated in the attached drawing.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The land of this case (hereinafter “instant land”) is the land in which the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) owned 2/3 shares and D owned 1/3 shares and owned 1/3 shares.
Details of the change of ownership of the land of this case are as follows.
F, GF, and G were originally co-defendants in this case, but the decision of recommending reconciliation was finalized during the trial process;
Selection D: The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) who shared 1/3 shares each from December 24, 1990 to July 11, 2007: the transfer of shares 1/3 from G on July 12, 2007: He received the transfer of shares 1/3 from H on September 22, 2011: The Plaintiff (Appointed Party): the transfer of shares 1/3 from F on December 11, 2012: The transfer of shares 1/3 from F on February 17, 2015.
B. On the instant land, a building, such as the attached drawing (hereinafter “instant building”) is constructed, and F owns 2/3 shares and 1/3 shares, and G owns 1/3 shares.
C. From 194, Defendant A entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B, Defendant C, from 1996 to 196, on each part of the instant building, with F, etc., which is the co-owner of the said building. The pertinent part of the building up to the present day [the part (i) connected in order to each part of the attached drawing Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the first floor of the instant building; Defendant B, in order to connect each point of the same drawing Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the first floor of the building of the instant case; Defendant B, in order to connect each point of the (i) the same drawing No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 1; Defendant C, in order to connect each point of (ii) the same map No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 3).
The Plaintiff (Appointed Party), D, and I filed a lawsuit against F and G on the instant land by Busan District Court 2013Gaso78051, and the said court filed a lawsuit against F and G on November 25, 2013, and the monthly fixed amount from October 1, 2013 (Defendant F 122,613 won per month, and Defendant G 61,306 won per month).
