Defendant
A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Co., Ltd.") is a business owner who executes a contract with the "Dsan Living Facility Construction Corporation" located in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and Defendant A is a site manager responsible for all matters concerning the safety and health of employees belonging to the Defendant Co., Ltd.
1. Defendant A
A. Although a business owner has installed a safe passage to be used by workers at a place or workplace leading to the workplace, and has always been used, the Defendant did not install a safe passage for moving from the left-hand side of the upper upper floor of the 5th of July 2019 to the interior vision of the test.
B. C. Although a business owner needs to install a safe distance on the aspect of the stairs the height of which is not less than 1m, the Defendant did not install a safe distance on the side of the two open stairs between the floor and the fifth floor on July 23, 2019.
In a place where workers might fall down with the end or opening of the work plate and passage, the business owner must install a strong structure with sufficient strength to take protective measures, such as safety railings, fences, vertical fall-off networks, or covers, but the defendant is in danger of fall on July 23, 2019, the front part of the fifth floor of the entrance stairs in danger of falling, and the front part of the elevator opening part from the second to the third floor above ground.
