Punishment of the crime

B is the site manager of "D charging station construction" in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is operated by A corporation, who is responsible for safety and health of the employees belonging to the above site.

A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on January 05, 1995 with its head office in Busan Shipping Daegu E and is a business owner who has been awarded a contract with FF Co., Ltd for the said construction in KRW 6,985,00,000, and is under construction since 2019.

As a result of the construction site supervision conducted by the Seoul Eastern District Office on February 10, 2020 on the above construction site, B did not take necessary measures to prevent industrial accidents caused by any danger to the following matters:
