Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the site manager of the “D charging station construction” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is performed by B, who is responsible for safety and health of the employees belonging to the above construction site.

B A corporation is a corporation established on January 05, 1995 for the purpose of establishing its main office in Busan Shipping Daegu E and doing construction business, etc., and is a business owner who has been awarded a contract with FF corporation for the said construction in KRW 6,985,00,000, and is under construction since 2019.

As a result of the construction site supervision conducted by the Seoul Eastern District Office on February 10, 2020 at the above construction site, the Defendant did not take necessary measures to prevent industrial accidents caused by any danger to the following matters:
