A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

No one, other than a person handling narcotics, shall possess, possess, use, transport, manage, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, administer, administer, trade, assist in the trade of, or provide, a psychotropic drug person (hereinafter referred to as "per-person").

1. On May 2018, the Defendant: (a) decided to divide the conversations between the names influor and C known to the Internet website “B”, a website; (b) purchased the Meptist through B; (c) transferred the purchase price of the Mepter to the non-account designated by the above winners of the names; (d) KRW 800,000 won of the purchase price of the Mepter’s account; and (e) purchased the Mepter in a single-use method with approximately 1g of Mephon from the upper part of the Mepter news reporting block near the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, where the above winners of the Mepter’s name were known, up to 10,000,000 won; and (e) purchased each Mepter at least three times in total, as shown in attached Table 1, from that time to October 1 of the same year.

2. Around June 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.1g of Mepamphers contained in Mephers F in Gyeonggi-do, and underground G with a single-use injection machine; (b) administered Mephers in a lid so as to mephers in a lid so as to mephers; and (c) administered mephers at the time until January 9, 2019, respectively, from that time, until January 9, 2019, the Defendant administered Mephers, respectively, 11 times in total, as shown in Schedule 2 of the Crimes.

3. The defendant, at around 13:00 on June 10, 2018, offered Metetracians with approximately 0.07g of Metetracians, which is contained in a single-use injection machine at the Hetephine care room in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and provided I with Metetracians in a way of injecting them into I's arms blood cells, from that time;

6. From the end of 16.16. A total of four times as shown in the Schedule of Crimes No. 3 was provided to I and J respectively.
