A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

600,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional charges are imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, was prohibited from selling, selling, or administering a psychotropic drug clockopon (the word “clopon”, hereinafter referred to as “copon”), the Defendant traded and administered the copon as follows.

1. Points to trade philophones;

A. On December 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold a one-time injection device with cash of KRW 200,000 in the form of a philopon and approximately 0.35g of a philopon from H, in a way that the Defendant purchased and sold a philopon by using a philopon with cash of KRW 200,000 in the form of a philopon.

B. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased and sold a phiphone at the same place as above; and (b) by a method of collecting KRW 400,000 in cash from H with a phiphone, and a one philophone using a philophone containing approximately 0.7g philophone from H.

2. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. On December 23, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered phiphones in the way of inserting approximately 0.07 gramphones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with aquatic products, and administering phiphones into one’s own arms blood transfusion.

B. At around 23:00 on January 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.07 gopon into a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution with aquatic water; and (c) administered coponon in a way that he injected it into the left bloodline.

C. At around 23:50 on March 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) inserted 0.07gopon in a single-use injection instrument; (b) injected copon into the left bloodline; and (c) injected copon in a way that he/she injecteds the copon into the left bloodline.
