The defendant shall pay 10,798,224 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 22, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff’s provision of labor under employment with the Defendant from January 20, 2015 to January 7, 2020, based on the evidence No. 1 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim No. 1, it can be acknowledged that the Plaintiff did not receive the total of KRW 10,798,224.

Therefore, barring any other special circumstances, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above wage and retirement allowance 10,798,224 won and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under Article 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act from January 22, 2020 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the lapse of 14 days from January 7, 2020 that the Plaintiff retired.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
