1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff (designated parties) and the appointed parties each money indicated in the attached Form “total” list of the details of arrears and this.

1. Although the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties were employed by the Defendant and provided labor, they did not receive the wages and retirement allowances indicated in the column of “excess wages” as well as the “retirement allowances” stated by the Defendant.

Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party the total amount of overdue wages and retirement allowances, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the 14th day after retirement to the day after full payment is made.
